Job Title: Physical Therapist Job Specialty: Outpatient Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours per day, Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday/Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of PT experience; Outpatient hospital experience preferred, especially in orthopedics. License: PT Licensed through the MA Board of Allied Health Certifications: CPR/AED Certified Must-Have: 2+ years of physical therapy experience Job Description: - Work in a rehabilitation therapy setting focusing on outpatient services.- Manage a patient ratio of 8-10 patients per day.- Provide quality care without weekend or major holiday commitments.- No on-call responsibilities.- Serve as part of a healthcare team to offer exceptional patient rehabilitation services. - Adapt to different patient needs based on individual care plans.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment plans.
