Senior Full Stack Engineer - Go/Python/React

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Software Development:
• • Independently design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using Golang, Python, and React.
  • Architect solutions for scalability and efficiency, ensuring robust backend systems and intuitive frontend interfaces.
• System Optimization and Maintenance:
• • Optimize backend services and enhance system performance.
  • Manage deployment processes, handle complex troubleshooting, and ensure reliable system operations.
• Code Quality and Review:
• • Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and helping them improve their skills.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define timelines, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation:
• • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in backend development with Golang and Python.
• Advanced experience with frontend development using React.
• Strong understanding of database management, optimization, and API design.
• Experience with cloud services and modern deployment methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
