Position Summary: The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each patient's individual needs are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of Meg Surg Acute Nursing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients in critical condition, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance.
