SALES MANAGER

The Bannister Salmon Arm GM is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our fast-paced, high performing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Running an efficient and profitable sales department
• Meeting inventory sales targets as well as gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basisLead by example while supporting team members
• Training new employees to use company software and successful sales techniques
• Analyzing sales statistics to determine the performance
• Researching and developing new sales strategies
• Communicating with customers, department heads, and a variety of other individuals
