Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures; coordinate classified and certified employee relations issues and practices; conduct investigations, facilitate process of litigation, EEOC, Fair Labor Standards, ADA and various employee/association grievances; keep abreast of legal issues and serve as a resource to administrators and supervisors for human resources functions; direct responsibility to manage total employment and recruitment function. Oversee FTE allocation and staffing adjustments, unemployment, and certified evaluation management system.
Position is available to Colorado residents only.

- Over 5 years of experience in comprehensive Human Resources/Personnel Administration division and/or a related position requiring human resources knowledge and collective bargaining.
- School Administration experience preferred
