Probate Attorney - Charleston, SC Area

Real estate law firm in Charleston, South Carolina seeking a Probate attorney to join a well-established team. Candidate should be a member in good standing of the SC Bar, preferably have experience in probate administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist clients with Probate administration
Identify Probate issues in real estate transactions
Conducting effective legal research, analyzing date and providing legal solutions
Assist clients with developing Estate Planning documents
Draft and/or review Estate Planning documents including Wills and Powers of Attorney
Deliver a professional and engaging experience to clients and address any lingering questions or concerns they may have
Develop, cultivate and grow business relationships for the firm
Conduct training for potential clients in relevant areas of probate and estate planning

REQUIREMENTS
Probate experience preferred
Estate Planning and Real Estate experience will be considered
Member of the South Carolina State Bar (in good standing), knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure
Excellent and prompt verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well with others
Self-starter, capable of community involvement, and achieving results
Strong work ethic demonstrated in academics and work history
