Job Description:

We're looking for a strategy driven affiliate marketing professional with a passion for influencer marketing and the digital space to help our client continue to build digit annual growth, and drive affiliate revenue for clients.

Role Overview As an Account Manager - Affiliate Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive affiliate revenue and brand awareness. Your expertise in affiliate marketing will help build out client's affiliate ecosystem and establish best in class management processes for affiliate campaigns. The affiliate-influencer growth is a key priority for the business You'll work as a part of the Customer Success Team, and partner closely with the Sales team, Product Management and Leadership to drive new affiliate programs & software improvements to optimize the platform for affiliate management.

Responsibilities
Grow the affiliate revenue for brand and agency partners
Build out affiliate-influencer proofs of concept and best practices
Report to the executive team about individual campaign performance & consolidated performance across the business
Monitor & manage affiliate network dashboards (Impact, AWIN, Rakuten, etc)
Set and achieve agreed upon OKRs for affiliate revenue on a quarterly basis
Monthly newsletter featuring affiliate campaign wins & best practices
Case studies for best-performing affiliates & affiliate programs
Optimize and oversee all affiliate partnerships & revenue for our brands
Guide team of Account Managers on day to day affiliate campaign management
Attract new, high quality affiliates to work with client's brands
Constantly monitor affiliate performance, taking rapid, data-driven decisions to optimize revenue
Data tracking and data analysis to assess the success of affiliate programs
Provide input to product management on platform enhancements to better drive, manage and measure affiliate programs.
Monitor and keep abreast of latest digital technology and social media channel opportunities
Educate the broader team of Account Managers on best practices for affiliate marketing
Train and build a team of affiliate marketers, as the segment and company grows
Build and update Affiliate Marketing SOPs as needed
Provide thought leadership to both the internal team, and clients via blog posts

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or Senior Affiliate Executive within a B2C company, performance marketing agency or network
Proven ability to test & refine affiliate campaigns to drive conversions
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and performance metrics
Demonstrable data analytics skills & ability to make data driven decisions
Performance driven approach
Initiate new campaign ideas and strategies
Knowledge of standard and current affiliate industry practices
Experience with marketing channel tracking, reporting and attribution
High level of familiarity with affiliate network interfaces (e.g. Impact, Rakuten, AWIN etc.)
Experience working with Google Analytics
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for growth hacking

Salary : $80,000-95,000 annually
