ECS is seeking a Senior C# Developer to work in our Washington, DC office.
ECS is seeking a TS-cleared Senior C# Developer to support one of our mission critical programs for the Department of Justice. In this job you will support agents, analysts, and professionals and the technology they use to fight terrorism, espionage, cyber-attacks, and major criminal threats.

As a C# Developer, you will collaborate with customers, often engaging directly with non-technical personnel, to understand their application related needs, suggest solutions, and complete work in a timely manner. This position performs activities associated with the implementation, integration, and support of computer systems in a mission-critical response operations environment.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to design and develop applications/microservices in C#.
Develop applications/microservices using cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
Design, code, test, and debug applications.
Develop high quality code meeting all defined and established timelines.
Integrate and test new features and functionalities across applications.
Participate in code-reviews and make value-add recommendations.
Evaluate new and existing software products.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000
General Description of Benefits
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
A minimum of 10 years software/application development experience.
Significant hands-on experience designing and developing applications in C#.
Experience with other programming languages such as C++, Java.
Demonstrated application development experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
Demonstrated database knowledge and experience - SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch.
Knowledge and experience using CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins.
Knowledge and understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to present technical capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a cross-functional teams.
