Overview
In this role, you will coordinate Earned Value Management analyses; develop processes and standards for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and disseminating cost and schedule data; perform schedule risk analyses; generate comprehensive at-completion cost estimates; prepare formal reports and briefs, and ensure adequate processes are in place to assess contractor's EVM systems compliance so data is accurate, reliable, and timely.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate Earned Value Management analyses; develop processes and standards for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and disseminating cost and schedule data; perform schedule risk analyses; generate comprehensive at-completion cost estimates; prepare formal reports and briefs, and ensure adequate processes are in place to assess contractor's EVM systems compliance so data is accurate, reliable, and timely.
You will also prepare written, uniform surveillance plans to assess continuity and consistency of EVM data; develop, implement, and utilize assessment techniques to ensure EVM-related services and work products are of good quality, timely, and responsive to program needs. As the Earned Value Management Analyst, you will also advise members of IPTs on cost, schedule, and performance trends; conduct EVM training and brief EV analysis as required; report any significant EVM issues and recommend appropriate actions to resolve the issue; coordinate and participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
Skills Required
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in Winsight, Cobra or other Deltek software is
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- May require regular travel to out of state customer sites
- U.S. Citizenship required
- An active secret-level security clearance is required
- Salary range $100,000 to $115,000 annually

Education
Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, or the sciences.
