Overview
Tecolote is hiring a Senior Program Analyst with a minimum Secret Clearance to support the Space Systems Command, Assured Access to Space organization. The candidate will directly support the Assured Access to Space PEO Action Group/Commanders Action Group (PAG/CAG), Space Launch Deltas, and Acquisition Deltas in tracking and responding to internal and external Space Force taskings and developing integrated communications and programmatic products for the Assured Access to Space organization.
Responsibilities
- Focus specifically on the strategic communications, acquisition management, planning, and execution of the Assured Access to Space Program Executive Officer (PEO) organizations messaging campaigns.
- Interact with a multidisciplinary Assured Access to Space technical workforce to develop products that are consistent with the strategic messaging plans.
- Analyze incoming taskings/requests for information with a critical mindset to determine the appropriate product and information required for response.
- Track action items using the governments Task Management Tool (TMT) and other applicable software and database tools (e.g., JIRA, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
- Develop briefings, draft bullet background papers, and create staff packages for senior leadership coordination and approval.
Skills Required
- Minimum of 15 years of operational and/or staff experience in the DoD/Space Force environment.
- Proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., M/S Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom.gov, Task Management Tool (TMT), Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as quantitative analytical skills.
- Applicant must be able to work in a team environment.
- Program management experience, strategic planning experience, or senior-level government office experience working in a CAG-like environment.
- Working knowledge of the DoD protocol, acquisition, operational, and project management processes and policies.
- Active Secret Clearance
- US Citizenship required
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
- Masters degree in math, engineering, business, or the sciences is preferred.
Education
Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
