- Product Strategy
- Develop, prioritize, and manage the commercial payments product roadmap, aligning with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
- Deep dive into the intricacies, market trends, and regulatory changes of immediate payment types, such as wires and real-time payments.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendor partnerships and manage existing vendor relationships related to your product domain.
- Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities and pain points.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Product Delivery
- Embrace agile methodologies to drive efficient product development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Implementations, Customer Success) to deliver high-quality products.
- Leverage data analytics to measure product performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Use data to optimize product features and user experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in software development
- 5+ years in commercial banking / treasury services
- Proven track record in product management, with a strong focus on payments and financial services
- Deep understanding of the business banking landscape and customer needs
- Expertise in immediate payment types, including wires and real-time payments
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with agile methodologies
- A passion for innovation and a desire to deliver exceptional user experiences
