POSITION SUMMARY:
The VP of Clinical Services will serve as a key leader within our organization, driving excellence in pediatric medical and behavioral health services for children with chronic mental health disorders and developmental disabilities. With a deep commitment to patient care and a forward-thinking approach, this leader will spearhead clinical program development, multi-site management, and quality improvement initiatives. JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day management of pediatric medical and behavioral health programs across multiple sites.
Ensure patient care is of the highest priority, focusing on enhancing the patient experience and meeting their individual needs.
Develop, implement, and standardize clinical programs informed by the latest evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and quality care delivery across all locations.
Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical, administrative, and physician groups, to achieve unified goals.
Facilitate regular meetings with local clinical and physician teams to understand and address the specific needs of each location.
Champion educational initiatives, designing and leading training programs for staff to ensure ongoing professional development.
Monitor and audit programs for quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of outcome data to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
Guide and lead clinical councils by program, providing strategic insights and fostering a collaborative leadership approach.
Act as a central point of contact for policy development, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set short and long-term goals for pediatric behavioral health services.
Ensure that all programs are aligned with the organization's mission and values, prioritizing the needs and well-being of our patients.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service offerings and expand access to care.
Stay current on trends and advancements in pediatric behavioral health to drive innovation and leadership within the organization.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Minimum of a Masters in a health-related field (Nursing preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10 years in Clinical Hospital Management
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Currently licensed in a clinical specialty
Certified in AHA BLS/CPR
Must obtain current tuberculosis test within the first fourteen (14) days of employment and annually after that.
Maintain current certification in good standing during employment with this facility or obtain within thirty (30) days of hire.
