Brings extensive expertise in the events industry, specializing in the development of creative, impactful food, beverage, and decor concepts that enhance the guest experience.
Leverages a strong hospitality background, ensuring the successful execution of innovative, client-centered events.
Implements efficient, scalable processes to ensure smooth, consistent operations across all phases of event planning and production. Excels in communication, organization, and problem-solving, fostering collaboration and delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.
Effectively manages multiple event needs simultaneously, thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Proficient in budget development and management, adept at monitoring expenses to ensure events are delivered within financial constraints without compromising quality.
Proven track record in developing and executing innovative concepts in food, beverage, and design, consistently bringing creativity and fresh ideas to each project.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred, but not required based on experience and proven success.
5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on event production and operations.

Team Leadership: Building, leading, and mentoring a talented team focused on beverage services, event presentation, and planning operations, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure seamless and high-quality event execution.
Sustainable Process Development: Establishing efficient, repeatable processes that ensure consistency, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the scalability of event production.
Operational Excellence: Overseeing all aspects of event planning and production, including budget management, vendor negotiations, staffing, logistics, and seamless day-of coordination.
Client Engagement: Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, provide creative solutions, and ensure the delivery of extraordinary, unforgettable experiences.
Innovation & Trends: Staying ahead of emerging trends in food, beverage, decor, and event technology, integrating fresh ideas to continually elevate the guest experience.
Vendor & Partner Relationships: Developing and nurturing strong partnerships with vendors, caterers, and suppliers to guarantee reliable, high-quality service and successful event outcomes.
Post-Event Analysis: Conducting detailed post-event evaluations to assess success, gather insights, and refine processes for continuous improvement.
