You will report directly to our Director, Sales STS America's and you'll workout of either our Rosemont, IL or Houston, TX location on a Remote workschedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and growingkey accounts in the power, steel and cement verticals helping to drive ourcarbon capture solutions to effectively reduce their carbon footprint. You will be responsible for driving revenuegrowth and contributing to the company's overall financial success. Yourability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new businessopportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customersatisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-termbusiness growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect,develop and close opportunities to customers in the Power, Steel and Cementverticals, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic accountplans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs andproviding tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunitieswith both existing and new accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teamsto deliver value-added solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensurecustomer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitoractivities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drivecontinuous growth
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in accountmanagement or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts anddriving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and negotiationskills
  • Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking andproblem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Proficient in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite
WE VALUE
  • Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineeringor Chemistry.
  • Preferred experience in gas processing, power, steel orcement verticals or the refining and petrochemicals sectors.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth andachieve sales targets
