The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Facilities and Construction will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials, products and services through our supply chain network while maintaining safe and functional facilities. Your expertise in supply chain management, engineering principles, and construction practices will be essential in driving efficiency, innovation, and growth within our organization.

As Senior Manager, Supply Chain Facilities and Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's supply chain construction projects and facilities operations. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Facilities and Construction will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials, products and services through our supply chain network while maintaining safe and functional facilities. Your expertise in supply chain management, engineering principles, and construction practices will be essential in driving efficiency, innovation, and growth within our organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the supply chain construction and facilities functions, aligning them with the company's overall objectives.
- Construction Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction projects related to supply chain infrastructure, including warehouses, distribution centers, and other facilities.
- Facility Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of company facilities, ensuring their functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to drive individual and collective success.
- Lead and develop facility/property management SLA's for the Supply Chain and Scooter's Coffee
- Lead Capital (CAPEX) and Opex planning for facilities and capital investment in supply chain
- Directs network facility operations and services in order to provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for employees, franchisees and visitors.
- Executes strategic vision and operational expertise that contributes to fostering an environment that supports operational excellence, employee retention, and community stewardship.
- Partner with teams to develop a comprehensive facility management strategy that aligns with the enterprise strategy and goals.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair activities, custodial services, contracted services, and utilities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other external partners to optimize the supply chain network and facilitate efficient project execution.
- Monitor and control costs associated with supply chain construction and facility operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain construction and facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization within the supply chain and facilities departments.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, operations, and finance, to align strategies and ensure effective coordination and execution of projects.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
- Proven experience, 7-10 years, in supply chain management, construction management, and facilities operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, construction project management principles, and facility management standards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive operational improvements, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to supply chain construction and facility operations.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
