Position Summary
As part of the continued expansion of the Jackson Health System, the Jackson Medical Group, a growing multi-specialty physician network of over 40 physicians who practice throughout Miami-Dade County at over 7 different specialty care centers, seek to hire a primary care physician to join our highly regarded multi-specialty practice in North Miami, Florida. We provide care and support to patients and families at every step of the journey, from routine care to the most complex medical needs. We provide the best environment for our physicians and we offer the best care to our patients.
Education
Doctorate degree in Medicine is required.
Experience
Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience.
License/Certification

- The Primary Care physician / JMG Associate Medical Director is responsible for the planning, diagnostic development, management and evaluation of medical/services at the clinic/center of responsibility.
- Provides and maintains JHS Standards towards continuous, intensive direct medical diagnosis, consultation, and health care services to JHS outpatients.
- Primary Care with average daily patient volume of 20-22.

Education
Doctorate degree in Medicine is required.
Experience
Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience.
License/Certification
- Valid Florida Medical License.
- DEA and board certification or eligible in Family Medicine are required. Other specialty certifications related to specialty are a plus.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
