Primary Responsibilities
Comments
Coordinates and leads IT infrastructure projects in addition to direct participation in the development of technical facilities to extend the infrastructure.
Essential Functions
Comments
Designs, plans, and builds additions to the infrastructure that match the functional, performance, and growth requirements of the business units.Coordinates the activities of project team members within the IT planning group as well as other group personnel that may be participating.Assumes a leadership role for infrastructure development projects as required.Develops/maintains technology and product standards and policies that will address connectivity, deployment, management, capacity, and security issues.Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field. Minimum of two years of course work plus equivalent experience acceptable.

Minimum of six years experience in Information Systems. In-depth technical knowledge with significant support experience in two or more of the following areas: Data Network, Voice Network, Workstation, Host/Server and Data Storage.
