Senior Financial Analyst Position Summary
This position is responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of the cost accounting system. This system will accumulate and produce reports relating to procedural costing and other cost analyzes. A primary goal of this position is to provide data to management to be utilized as decision making tools relating to managed care contracting and resource consumption. This position is also responsible for assisting in the preparation of the Medicare Cost Report, the HSCRC Annual Filing, monthly profit and loss statements by product line, and the annual operating budget.

Senior Financial Analyst Work Schedule
- Exempt position. Typically day shift, Monday - Friday.
- Weekend work as required.
- May work holidays.
Senior Financial Analyst Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a concentration in accounting required.
- Requires three to five years of healthcare finance experience.
Senior Financial Analyst Benefits
- At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
