CFC has a need for a Regional Vice President to cover Florida and south Georgia. The Regional Vice President is responsible for driving a high level of member engagement with focus on preserving the existing loan portfolio, growing loan volume and encouraging and increasing utilization of CFC's value-added services.

As a Regional Vice President, you will:
Maintain a high level of member engagement and consult with members to ensure member satisfaction and appropriate relationship and portfolio management for each member.
Assess member needs and offer viable financial and business solutions designed to enhance member success to include financial needs, industry issues and business opportunities.
Participate in the launch and delivery of CFC strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with AVPs in delivering lending solutions to the members.
Be responsible for the delivery of value-added services including, but not limited to, the following:
- Prepare and present KRTA data to member management teams and Boards of Directors.
- Participate in statewide seminars and/or workshops.
- Prepare and provide presentations to CFC members - including at industry meetings, Board meetings, and other applicable venues.
- Engage in the execution and delivery of CFC's financial models including Compass, BudgetPro and Equity Management.
- Participate in CFC webinars and task forces/activity teams.

To be successful, you will need:
BS in Business, Finance or Accounting, preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience as an electric cooperative CEO, CFO or equivalent.
Proven public speaking, presentation, meeting facilitation and written communication skills.
Significant understanding of the cooperative business model and mission including management and board, organizational and industry issues, trends and opportunities.
Proven team leadership, conflict management and relationships management skills.
Strong knowledge of risk management, financial planning.
Ability to work with complex financial models to include CFC specific models for internal and/or member use.
Ability to excel in an unstructured work environment, manage conflicting priorities and navigate complexity.
Ability to interpret cooperative and market financial data.
Ability to be consultative and deliver CFC products and services.
Strong attention to detail.
