We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and mission driven Clinical Sales Pharmacist to join the Tailor Made Compounding Team. This role will drive the growth and clinical impact of our compounding services by educating healthcare providers and internal teams, fostering strategic relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. Expertise in compounding and telehealth will position TMC as a vital clinical partner for healthcare providers seeking personalized medication solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and skilled at building rapport with diverse healthcare stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in creating educational resources for both internal and external stakeholders to support our business development initiatives. All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and develop relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and telehealth platforms to promote our compounding services. Achieve quarterly targets for provider engagement and new accounts, measured by number of partnerships, training sessions completed, and percentage growth in provider network.
  • Clinical Support: Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate therapy selection, dosing, and new product development.
  • Education & Training: Conduct educational sessions for healthcare providers on the benefits and applications of compounded medications. Work closely with marketing and regulatory teams to align educational materials with branding and compliance requirements.
  • Internal Product Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal employees on compounded products, including education sheets, FAQs, and key talking points.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Serve as a resource for healthcare providers, offering guidance and support on compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing efforts and enhance service offerings.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze provider performance metrics, network growth, and market trends.


Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy setting, with sales or business development experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the integrative telehealth industry and DTC business model.
  • Knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare providers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, goal achievement, and hunting for new opportunities.
  • Exceptional adaptability to a fast-paced environment with strong strategic thinking and a patient-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM software, and telehealth platforms strongly preferred.


Education Requirements:

  • PharmD or an advanced degree is preferred. In some cases, experience in compounding sales may be considered over a PharmD.
  • Current Kentucky pharmacist license or ability to obtain license.


Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
