Must Have
- 3-4 years Strong HTML / CSS knowledge and experience
- 3-4 years JavaScript (ES5/ES6) with jQuery experience
- 3-4 years React experience. 16.8 version or greater with Redux for state management
- Strong understanding working with CMS templating concepts (Percussion, Rhytmix)
- Strong understanding Git workflows with peer review experience.
Nice to Have
- working experience in WCAG 2.1 accessibility
- Uses pre-processors like SASS or PostCSS
- Gulp or Grunt experience
- Experience creating component library / global style guide. Storybook experience an added plus
- Knowledge of JSP frameworks like Struts2.
- Having some experience of using NextJS in React Apps.
- Scrum / Agile experience
