This position offers exceptional candidates the opportunity to work closely with senior management. Candidates should possess excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and will take full ownership of our corporate financial models, investor presentations, and analyses for the Corporate Finance department. Ideal candidates would have prior work experience in commercial real estate brokerage or lending.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex corporate financial models in Excel
- Prepare accurate, detailed monthly and quarterly reports for the Corporate Finance department
- Conduct cash flow analysis, return-on-investment (ROI) analysis, and financial projections for key projects
- Prepare company presentations and materials for quarterly board meetings in PowerPoint
- Assist with portfolio financing and develop new lender relationships
- Develop a solid working knowledge of the hotel and real estate industries
- Build strong working relationships across the organization
- Synthesize insights from research and analysis and communicate to senior management
- Conduct research and complete other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Hard-working with tenacity in driving ambiguous projects to completion on time
- Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to establish and maintain processes to ensure accuracy in all work product
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret, analyze, and present data
- Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Expert in financial modeling - understanding of financial statements, Microsoft Excel expert, VBA experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint required, Power BI & graphics design experience a plus
- Effective people skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment alongside senior management and across departments

- Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record (3.7+ GPA) and a demonstrated record of achievement
