Description:
Procopio is growing and looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to our dynamic team in any of our California offices. We are looking for a Paralegal with 5+ years of experience within an Intellectual Property Litigation and/or Commercial Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing trial support in a trial and/or arbitration setting, managing large case files, assisting with brief preparation, coordinating with attorneys and staff on client requests, and working closely with our internal eDiscovery team. The position involves document review, document management, and the ability to handle a diverse and large caseload. The candidate must have experience with E-filings and paper filings in the Federal Circuit, Court of Appeals, Federal, State, TTAB, PTO, and ITC (not required, but ideal) courts including filings under seal.
Our top candidates have considerable working experience in Relativity or a similar document review platform and are fluent in Trial Director, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and proficient in legal research (Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, etc.) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required including excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems; self-motivated, determined, and able to work under own initiative; and a demonstrated commitment to the Firm's Client Service Strategy. The best candidates will be confident, competent, and flexible and while experienced will be excited to learn and grow with the team. Position requires a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Program.

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range for this role is from $80,000 to $110,000 per year depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.
