9+ years of experience in software development
4+ years of technical leadership experience
Demonstrable experience to technically design and architect enterprise class applications.
A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through.
Mature design pattern usage - 5+ years of Project Experience
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development (APEX, Triggers, Lightening, Visual Force, etc.)
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Configuration
Experience with agile development processes, specifically SCRUM
Experience with Subversion, Jira, Jenkins and BitBucket
Must have experience with Agile work process
Must have experience using JIRA tool
Excellent communication
