SAP Workflows Functional Consultant

SAP Job Description: This role is responsible for the sustain support the SAP Master Data Workflow program in maintenance processes and tools. May need to complete deliverables and contribute to end-to-end project solution as well as supports solution design and deployment. Qualifications: Key point of contact for escalation of tickets from customer, materials, locations, and other teams. This includes researching, answering, and resolving questions sent to team Research and resolve Service Manager tickets, troubleshooting issue, determining root cause, and providing resolution Support the team members by helping with the workflow admin for all Master Data workflows support Support minor enhancements with Unit Testing/Negative/ST/Regression/UAT Code migrations for Master Data Support SAP ChaRM Ticket process Assists in establishing and maintaining relationships with business partners Clearly documents processes to be leveraged via training, job aids and appropriate communications Duration: Full Time only - "Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future."
