University Center for Ambulatory Surgery, LLC, is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our growing team of professionals. Our state-of-the-art facility provides the highest quality care for our patients in an outpatient surgical center.
The Director of Nursing has overall responsibility for the development, maintenance, and evaluation of a work environment that supports excellent patient care.
In collaboration with the Administrator and Medical Director, the DON directs the implementation of and ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
BSN
Valid New Jersey RN License.
Current BLS and ACLS certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or other position of management in the OR.
Orthopedic experience preferred.
