About the Role:
As the Healthcare Payer Relations & ACO Manager, you will lead initiatives to optimize reimbursement, build impactful payer relationships, and drive the success of our Accountable Care Organization (ACO) efforts. Working with both internal and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, elevating patient care quality, and enhancing financial outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Value-Based Reimbursement & Data Analysis:
- Develop strategies to maximize value-based reimbursement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to support value-based care objectives.
- Payer Relations & Contract Negotiations:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with insurance payers and healthcare partners.
- Lead contract negotiations, securing favorable terms and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as the main contact for payer-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions and optimization.
- ACO Management:
- Oversee ACO performance, reporting, and compliance.
- Implement strategies to enhance patient care, satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support ACO program success.
- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:
- Stay informed on healthcare regulations to maintain compliance.
- Develop policies ensuring adherence to healthcare laws at all levels.
- Reporting & Strategic Planning:
- Conduct reimbursement trend analysis, financial performance assessments, and regulatory reviews.
- Present insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's in Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in healthcare administration, payer relations, value-based reimbursement, or ACO management.
- Proven success in payer negotiations and relationship management.
- Strong experience in data analysis and financial reporting in healthcare settings.
- Background working in a matrix organization with cross-functional collaboration.

- In-depth knowledge of value-based reimbursement models and ACO operations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
