Your Role

As the CTO at Optimus Information, you will embark on a rewarding journey where your expertise and leadership will make a significant impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and drive the company's technical strategy, ensuring alignment with both business goals and Microsoft's Azure vision, with a focus on Azure-centered solutions.
• Thought Leadership: Define and implement a comprehensive technological vision, staying current with Azure's latest technologies and trends.
• Team Management and Self-Leadership: Lead and empower architects, promoting a culture of innovation, self-leadership, and excellence.
• Client Engagement and Solutions Development: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, creating high-level Azure-based solutions that are customer-focused, straightforward, and cost-effective.
• Innovation in Cloud and AI: Provide technical oversight for cloud-native application development and Data & AI initiatives, leveraging the latest Azure technologies to push boundaries.
• Infrastructure Expertise: Oversee Azure infrastructure migration projects, ensuring clients experience optimal and efficient transitions.
• Technology Standards: Establish standards for processes, tools, training, and certifications to elevate our internal technical team's capabilities.
• Outreach: Represent Optimus in technical engagements through presentations, events, conferences, and more.

Your Background

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles within an IT consulting environment.
• Proven leadership experience in IT consulting, with a track record of aligning technical solutions to meet business objectives.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communicator, skilled at high-level technical discussions with clients.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its ecosystem.
• Strategic, innovative thinker with a passion for team development and fostering a self-led work culture.
