  • cutover plan
  • any prechecks for production , etc
  • Functional rollout
  • Which studies to onboard
  • Which phases in clinical should use the platform
  • What should be the sequence
  • Who should be focused users/user groups for initial adoption
  • What is the communication plan for user awareness
  • What is the strategy to improve the user adoption
  • What is the mechanism to govern the adoption metrics
