The Direct Install Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the group, ensuring efficient workflows, and optimizing processes to meet business and program goals. This role involves managing resources, improving operational systems, and working closely with the Energy Analyst Team to drive productivity and profitability of the DI function.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in energy efficiency or residential/light commercial construction.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing large teams.

The Direct Install Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the group, ensuring efficient workflows, and optimizing processes to meet business and program goals. This role involves managing resources, improving operational systems, and working closely with the Energy Analyst Team to drive productivity and profitability of the DI function.
The Operations Manager job duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Work alongside Frontier's Energy Analysts to understand the scope of the energy efficiency measures, oversee inventory, schedule, and deployment activities.
- Interface with DI team members daily and provide regular updates to Program leaders and senior leadership regarding progress, roadblocks, and resolutions.
- The ability to orchestrate activities of a team of up to 20 at over 250 sites per year is required.
- Familiarity with general construction project management, safety, and logistics are key.
- A keen understanding of operational efficiency, resource allocation, risk management, labor budgeting, and timely delivery of activities is required.
- Guide resources to operate as a team to serve multiple internal programs demands while maintaining customer satisfaction at the worksites.
