Network Level 3 Support Engineer
Responsibilities: L3 level knowledge on Cisco Routers, Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco Meraki Wireless techonology, Citrix Netscaler load balancers Knowledge on DMVPN is a must Knowledge on dot1x, MAB & captive portal authentication. Knowledge on radius, TACACS authentication. VPN / SSL Experience in security and networking-related work including, but not limited to design, configuration, and implementation planning Experience in with TCP/IP protocols, IP addressing and IP network design, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, Fiber, 802.11b/g/n/ac Wireless LAN, 802.1Q, 802.1X. A firm grasp of EGP and IGP protocols, their configuration and implementation. Experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches and firewalls Experience with live configuration and troubleshooting of layer2 and layer3 devices CCNA & CCNP certification required Demonstrated experience in Left shift operations is a must Experience in working with global teams (onshore and offshore) is a must ITIL Certified Preferred On-call responsibilities Excellent communication skills Experience Minimum of 6 years industry experience in client-facing network engineer roles. Strong knowledge of managing Cisco networks
