POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Director of Technology Innovation (SDTI) leads the strategic and operational planning for all technology initiatives within the organization. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions to meet the company's business needs, optimizing technological systems, and driving innovation. The SDTI works closely with other executives to align technology goals with the company's overall strategy, ensuring technological resources are efficient, secure, and future-ready.
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required
2. A minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience and working knowledge of systems architecture, system design, hardware, website development, database development, information management, risk management, help desk, security design, regulatory compliance, networks, and reporting required
3. Healthcare / FQHC industry experience highly preferred
4. Working experience with BI platforms, Software Development, Web Applications, Budgeting/Forecasting, Data warehouse formulation and administration, ERPs highly preferred
5. Working experience with Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Vizio)
6. Healthcare and HIPAA knowledge is required
7. A valid Driver's License and daily access to an automobile required
