Job Responsibilities:

Communication, Change Management and Training
Ensure co-ordination with Scrum team and product owner on a daily basis throughout the sprint for clear and concise product backlog items
Work closely with the product owner on how to arrange the product backlog to maximize value and develop a roll out strategy
Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed by the management team
Remove impediments to the development team's progress and ensure sprints are executed on time with low risk delivery
Coach the development team for self-organization and cross-functionality in organizational environments in which Scrum and Agile are not yet fully adopted and understood
Prepare and manage sprint teams
Plan Scrum implementations within the organization and ensure success
Enable change that increases the productivity of the Scrum team to be able to focus on delivery of the sprints as per the plan
