This position optimizes the ERP application for PWCS by bridging end users, stakeholders, and vendors. Responsibilities include managing complex projects like software implementations, system upgrades, and process automation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic objectives. Key duties include leading business process improvements using the ERP application and serving as the Subject Matter Expert in ERP modules. The position also provides leadership and mentorship to team members. Additionally, the role involves understanding division-wide procedures and policies related to the ERP application. The position drives change management for the ERP system, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
