Business Analyst (BI/Datawarehousing experience)

Need more BI space knowledge and how to capture requirements from a bi perspective

Business Analyst - We are looking for someone with Healthcare experience with database knowledge and preferably BI/Datawarehousing experience

Understand the needs and opportunities across the internal and external Payer stakeholders

Create, and update analytic reports requirements

Data Analysis for Insights and trends in organizational constituent data like Member, Provider, Broker etc

Reviews compliance reporting needs & designs reports with CMS, State Agencies and Organizational reporting, guidelines

Learn new data related skills and processes which will include the reporting tool usage

Exposure to SQL programming, with experience navigating and cleaning messy data

Possession of strong analytical/statistical skills used in evaluating and analyzing data

Experience with healthcare data (eg claims, Membership, Benefits, etc) and standard clinical metrics and taxonomies (DRGs, total cost of care, etc)

Understanding of Payer business and functional areas metrics and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or SAS

Share and teach reporting skills to business or others on the data team
