Required Skills
Minimum 6 Years Solid understanding of Session Border Controller design, implementation, management and support, with a strong preference for Oracle (Acme Packet) experience.
Years of Experience: 6 - 8
Minimum 6 Years Solid understanding of connectivity: NAT traversal, SIP normalization via SIP message and header manipulation, VPN connectivity, and protocol translations.
Years of Experience: 6 - 8
Minimum 6 Years Solid understanding of service: traffic policing, resource allocation, rate limiting, call admission control, and ToS/DSCP bit setting.
Years of Experience: 6 - 8
Minimum 6 Years Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and VMware virtualization environments.

Minimum 6 Years Ability to communicate effectively, on both a technical and non-technical level, with appropriate Agency staff at all levels, as well as with vendors.
