This is a contracted position.
The Collaborating Physician or one of the other physician members of OHI (the "Designees") shall be available to the Nurse Practitioner for consultation and/or referral at all times. Such availability shall include either on-site or telephone access.
At least every three months, the Collaborating Physician shall randomly select a representative number of medical records of those patients who were treated by the Nurse Practitioner at OHI, and review them; such review will be documented by the Collaborating Physician signing reviewed progress notes in each such medical record. The findings of such review shall be shared with the Nurse Practitioner. Documentation of this review will be kept in the Nurse Practitioner's employee file maintained by OHI.
