Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with development leads and developers to develop efficient processes and automation solutions
2. Understand team pain points in coding and development processes and initiate improvements
3. Develop and implement coding standards and automation
4. Develop, guide, educate, coach, and instill processes and standards on team
5. QA lead across business processes
Experience, Skills, Knowledge:
1. Hands-on experience with automation tools (testing, build, deployment, monitoring)
2. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, implementation, integration, development, deployment and operations (best practices & a proven track record of success in this area)
3. Experience with AWS, including S3, Lambda, CloudTrail, and Code*. Experience with Jenkins, Jasmine, JavaScript, Cucumber, Selenium, Eclipse IDE, Python, VSTS
4. Experience with Docker and containers as well as build and package management tools (Gradle, npm, etc.)
5. Very familiar with source code repositories (Git) and artifact management (e.g. Artifactory)
6. Experience in designing and implementing DevOps capabilities from scratch, or within a framework of constraints

-A Subject Matter Expert who is collaborative and willing to enable and teach others
-DevOps evangelist who is well versed in DevOps principles and culture, but flexible in practice

High Level Tasks/Deliverables:
-Incorporate continuous integration and continuous delivery practices into our DevOps chain
-Identify opportunities for process & operations automation
-Define, test and implement a comprehensive monitoring solution for the CI/CD pipeline
-Optimize the end-to-end software delivery pipeline, including planning, development, testing, deployment and release
-Define and implement DevOps metrics to identify bottlenecks, efficiencies and enhancements
