Job Title: Windows Domain Administrator

Locations: Columbia, MD

Responsibilities include:

• Provide first line of support to the IT Service Desk Team
• Maintain Desktop OS Images/VDI templates
• Client patching
• Security compliance to include hardening the OS and desktop applications.
• Manage desktop metrics and monitoring services.
• Creates and updates system documentation for engineering, operations, and support teams.

Requirements:

• TS/SCI CI Poly or with Full Scope Poly is REQUIRED
• Five (5+) years supporting Windows family of operating systems to include four (4) of the following eight (8) core competencies: AD, DHCP, Powershell, Email workflow, SCCM, SCOM, Win OS, DNS, and disaster recovery/business continuity.
• Knowledge of networking basic skills and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to script in the Windows environment using PowerShell.
• Experience administering, maintaining and operating Active Directory Windows based networks.
• Experience automating tasks such as, software packaging and deployment, automated security patching, and Operating System Deployment.
• Knowledge of deploying, upgrading and patching Microsoft products
