Senior Commercial Quality Control Specialist
The Quality Control Specialist Sr works independently and is responsible for working with functional area leaders to execute audits and review results to determine corrective actions if needed. Responsible for partnering with all Commercial Lending line of business's (LOB) functional leaders to document and maintain policies and procedures. This role will provide oversight and execution in operations documentation management including the coordination with functional area leaders for changes to terms and conditions. Additionally, this role may also manage Bank Partner Programs and payee on-boarding and maintenance activities.

The Quality Control Specialist Sr works independently and is responsible for working with functional area leaders to execute audits and review results to determine corrective actions if needed. This role will provide oversight and execution in operations documentation management including the coordination with functional area leaders for changes to terms and conditions. Additionally, this role may also manage Bank Partner Programs and payee on-boarding and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducts audits for all LOB's to ensure safe and sound execution. Partners with LOB to remediate defects.
- Prepares monthly reporting results for presentation on the Operations Oversight committee.
- On a regular basis, meets with functional area leaders to review current audits to determine audit validity as well as analyze the need for new audits, review audit results and determine necessary actions to remediate audit findings.
- Partners with the functional leaders to document and maintain all policies and procedures for all LOB's. Ensures that all payee codes are established in accordance with by policy and procedure.
- Executes the input and maintenance of new and existing partner programs and payees in Leasing and Dealer Portal. Manages the Program Agreement process to include reviewing and approving all vendor agreements to ensure they adequately describe the requested programs and offerings.
- Reviews, approves, and publishes all foreign end user agreements and end user agreements and vendor agreements; works with functional leaders to address any potentials operational issues and obtain required approvals.
- Lays out, publishes, and maintains all obligor, vendor, and program specific documents from content provided by the legal staff and other process owners in accordance with brand standards provided by Marketing.
- Develops the test plans, oversees/executes the testing process for all new system releases.
- Identifies opportunities for organizational/process improvement
- Provides guidance and coaching to junior members of the team
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
