Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in Informatica and Oracle Exadata. This role is critical for managing and optimizing complex data processes and involves hands-on development. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Spark and object storage technologies, along with a solid understanding of data governance, lineage, and metadata management. Experience in GL, finance, or regulatory reporting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica.
• Manage and optimize database operations with Oracle Exadata.
• Schedule and monitor jobs using Autosys.
• Implement data governance and lineage processes in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Create and optimize stored procedures for efficient data integration.
• Utilize Spark and object storage technologies for advanced data processing tasks.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and GL-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Informatica.
• Proficiency in Oracle Exadata and Unix/Linux systems.
• Experience in developing stored procedures and ETL workflows.
• Solid understanding of data governance practices and metadata management.
• Exposure to GL, finance, or regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
