Job Title: IBP Support Specialist

Location: Parsippany, NJ (US: 07054)

Duration: 6-12 months

Travel Requirement: Willing to travel and be onsite up to 3 days a week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IBP Support Specialist with 12+ years of expertise in supply chain processes and SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within SAP S4, IBP, and other related applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage deep knowledge of supply chain processes to design and implement solutions in SAP S4 and IBP, covering areas such as:
  • Inventory Optimization
  • OBP Deployment & TLB
  • Demand Planning
  • IBP Optimizer
  • S&OP
  • Driver-Based Planning
  • Constraint-Based Planning
• Translate business processes into technical solutions and vice versa, ensuring clear communication and understanding between business and technical teams.
• Articulate risks, solutions, and multiple options to stakeholders in business language, supporting business development and system enhancements.
• Manage planning master data integration from SAP S4 to IBP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute supply chain initiatives and system implementations.
• Oversee the scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and communication of weekly and monthly batch runs, with a focus on automation.
• Summarize and present data insights at appropriate organizational levels.
• Develop and maintain backup strategies and document all processes thoroughly.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to provide viable solutions and continuously enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain processes and SAP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S4 and IBP modules, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing supply chain solutions.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts in business terms.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Experience with planning master data management and integration.
• Ability to document processes comprehensively and develop contingency plans.
