The Client Partner is a sales consultant responsible for managing a portfolio of high growth accounts with the primary focus being account strategy, revenue growth, innovative solutions and CSAT. The client partner will also manage the relationship with the customers. The client Partner / Client Executive will have experience selling to Oracle.
Client Partners are responsible for:
- Sales, conversion and onboarding
- Understanding the customers' Business and strategy
- Overview of account delivery against objectives with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Forecasting, booking and revenue accurately for their accounts
- Develop, Propose, 'own', help implement and help manage Client Technology Plans (detailing agreed solutions) including price, quality and timescales
- Support the identification and winning of new clients contracts (including supporting on writing and delivering RFP/pitches)
- Research and write Strategic Account plans
- Deep understanding of technology and keeping up to date with new business and technology trends and their potential applications for clients
Requirements
- At least ten years' experience in technology services selling with a focus on software product engineering Domain and technology skills
- Experience in managing clients in the enterprise ISV industry, with a focus on ERP companies
- Strong understanding of software engineering, SaaS product development, enterprise/ERP product development
- Experience in managing Oracle as a client (not alliance) or worked in Oracle as a program manager/engineering manager/product manager
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts (growth of $5m+)
- Comfortable engaging at the executive level while also driving technical solutions with a cross-functional team
- Customer facing experience and managed client relationships
- Experience handling large multi-location consulting engagement teams
- Global Delivery Model experience
- Advise clients on the best fit technologies and operational models
