Tufts Medical Centeris looking foraGeneral Pediatricianto join itsPediatric and Adolescent Asian Clinicto see ambulatory patients. This position will teach TUSM students and be part of a larger academic milieu in collaboration with Tufts University School of Medicine and Boston Childrens Hospital as the inpatient hospital.

Tufts Medicine with Boston Childrens is reimagining pediatric care to meet new and emerging community needs.In coming together, we will push the boundaries, expand and improve access and equity through the creation of a shared and sustainable model of comprehensive pediatric care throughout the communities in Eastern Massachusetts.The core of this collaboration are our physicians that are part of the Boston Childrens Network Specialty (BCNSP) Foundation and we will maintain our mutual commitment to research and education and training of the next generation of clinicians. ThisGeneral Pediatricsrole in thePediatric and Adolescent Asian Clinicwill be primarily located at Tufts Medical Center.

How youll transform patient care:

• The candidate should be comfortable managing the care of medically complex patients and providing care for all general pediatric needs in the Pediatric and Adolescent Asian Clinic
• All division faculty members are involved in the teaching of residents and medical students

Who You Are:

• BoardCertified in Pediatrics
• Passionatefor teaching and eligible for academic appointment at Tufts UniversitySchool of Medicine
• Interested in delivery care in both academic and community-based environments
• Knowledgeable in healthcare quality, resource management, outcomes improvement, patientsafety, and positive patient experience
• Committed to network development, growth, operational efficiency and integration
