Software Product Owner

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Software Product Owner to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful product delivery. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs and expectations.
• Product Backlog Management: Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and strategic goals. Ensure the backlog is transparent and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Sprint Planning & Execution: Lead sprint planning sessions, defining sprint goals and selecting backlog items for development. Monitor sprint progress and facilitate any necessary adjustments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Requirements Management: Elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional software requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories that the development team can readily implement.
• User Acceptance Testing: Define and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct UAT and validate that the delivered product meets business requirements.
