What You'll Do:
  • Financial Leadership: Manage the full cycle of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis.
  • Strategic Oversight: Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Administrative Leadership: Ensure smooth office operations by overseeing supply procurement, facility maintenance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Commission Calculations: Accurately manage and calculate commissions for a team of agents, ensuring timely and precise payments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Bookkeeping & Tax Compliance: Oversee general bookkeeping activities, ensure tax filings are completed accurately and on time, and collaborate with external accountants when necessary.
  • Team Management: Lead a small administrative team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • HR Coordination: Work with external HR firms to manage payroll, employee benefits, and performance evaluations.

Who You Are:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven success in Accounting operations, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Skills: Strong financial management expertise, proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, QuickBooks, and other business management software.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable: CPA certification or experience within a CPA firm is preferred but not required.
