Job Title Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement Operations Job Description Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, this role will lead the Program Management Functions for Enablement Programs in North America. They will be responsible for collaborating with Sales Enablement and Route To Revenue managers on the definition and creation of Programs ensuring they are designed with specific outcomes and timeframes. They will define and maintain the best practice blueprint to be used across all enablement Programs and work with the wider team to ensure the blueprint is properly implemented and executed.

The Senior Program Manager will work with the Sales Enablement Managers to provide oversight across all Programs being delivered across the wider team and ensuring that effective project governance exists across all Programs with proper management of risks, issues and project reporting.
Programs will cover all of enablement activity including skills onboarding and development across all sales crafts to deliver skills and capability for sales delivery teams to be effective in role. They will provide Programs to support GTM activity specifically aligned to "the 14", developing content and activity that can be delivered across all colleagues in direct teams. Key Responsibilities Works across internal stakeholders to define Intacct Expansion Programs into new markets ensuring Programs are aligned to defined outcomes and across Sales crafts
Works across internal stakeholders and regional leadership to define Intacct acceleration Programs into existing markets ensuring Programs are aligned to defined outcomes and across sales crafts
Manage the intake process to delivery remains focused on strategic direction and is aligned to local GTM plans
Collaborates with BU GTM team to align Enablement Programs to BU expansion plans to ensure consistency of approach and planning critical path and dependencies
Works with relevant PMM and Sales Enablement managers and colleagues to define enablement Programs for "the 14" where significant level of enablement is required (multiple resource or workstreams) covering the enablement responsibilities where relevant and aligned to defined outcomes
Ensures Programs across for "the 14" are properly structured and resources to ensure successful delivery aligned to defined outcomes
Working with internal stakeholders and Sales Enablement managers to drive participation and follow-through for onboarding Programs aligned to craft to support enablement at scale
Meets with Enablement Leads to review and refine Programs to improve delivery and outcomes
Meets with Enablement Leads, Product Management, and PMM to review planned projects and launches across Sales Enablement and ensure the wider enablement team has visibility and ownership
Works with wider RTR teams to align on delivery of assets and content to support enablement Programs
Provides reporting for project status
Works with Sales Operations and/or Finance to implement reporting on metrics for progress tracking and measurement against intended financial outcomes.
Works with Head of Programs to develop enablement Programs ensuring delivery practicality, quality and outcomes.
Works with Senior Director and Sales Enablement Managers to support regional leadership teams to align workstream leads and resources in country to deliver Geo Onboarding Programs
Creates and manages governance structures against Intacct expansion Programs to ensure timely reporting and resolution of issues and risks
Works with country project management to delivery of plans aligned resources from country and enablement teams as required
Works with teams outside of enablement to provide resource, assets and capabilities support specific enablement activities (Technical Enablement) as required

Requirements
Experience of Program development, delivery and governance
Ability to independently lead discrete pieces of work with limited oversight and be seen as an expert in this field
Organised with a natural inclination for planning
Attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent active listening skills
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Forward looking with a holistic approach
