MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
This Position is directly responsible and accountable for maximizing sales and/or service profitability of the Business Development Center to agreed levels of performance. Overall scope is to ensure expense control to agreed budget.
RELATIONS AND PERSON ACTIVITIES
This Position is directly responsible to Dealer Principal/GM
ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Business Development Center Representative
Administrators
Receptionist
Relations with:
-- General sales manager
-- New car sales manager
-- Used car sales managers
-- Vehicle salespeople
-- Vehicle sales administrators
-- F&I Manager and staff
-- Service Manager
-- Service Receptionists/advisors
-- Parts Manager
-- Personnel Manager
OBJECTIVES AND KEY TASKS
Profitability
To ensure sales/profit forecasts are achieved by attaining agreed quarterly sales/profit forecasts.
Center expense not to exceed ____% of sales to ensure measurement of all incoming sales inquires and produce monthly and Weekly reports for dealer principal to monitor advertising expense and return on investment
To formulate targets for each Business
Development Representative and ensure achievement appointment show ratio.
Monitor business development department financial performance vs. budget weekly
Achieve a minimum standards monthly.
To fulfill Service Appointment Goals (If applicable)
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
To manage and lead the BDR team to attain a minimum performance of sales ratio from incoming calls.
To manage and lead the BDR team to contact every unsold opportunity to measure satisfaction and take appropriate action.
To manage and lead the team to contact every delivered customer to company policy/franchise requirement.
To manage and lead the team to contact ALL customers during survey period to company policy/franchise requirement.
Base Salary starting at $120,000.00 Plus bonuses
