Responsibilities
- Evaluate, propose & deploy new metrics, dashboards and analytics best practices to improve overall efficiency & operations
- Define, manage, & evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives
- Lead & partner with cross-functional teams to develop business plans and supporting data-driven models
- Prepare comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessments, and process accountabilities
- Ensure business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders
- Set business metrics, evaluate actual performance, and make recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement
- Develop & deliver comprehensive analytics reports to various stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Collaborate with teams across the company to plan & drive IT/AI Infrastructure objectives
- Help to reduce operational work for the business through optimization & efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Ability to clearly & concisely communicate complex information to disparate audiences
- Strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access and statistical analysis. Strong development skills with Power BI is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement
- Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve
- Excellent attention-to-detail & interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- 6-10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance or related functional area
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or proof of exceptional skills in related field
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in leading projects in an enterprise environment
