Director Revenue Cycle - Hemet - KPCGM

Job Summary:

Oversight of the revenue cycle process ensuring maximum profitability. Collaborates with leadership to implement financial goals and benchmarks to ensure maximum revenue generation. Manages the billing companies and ensures monthly billing and collection goals are met.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and implement strategies to minimize bad debt, enhance revenue capture, and improve overall cash flow and profitability of the organization.

Manage operational activities related to revenue cycle, including provider enrollment, claims, insurance reimbursements, self-pay management and accounts receivable.

Provide leadership to the revenue cycle team, setting clear goals and KPI's.

Implement strategies to reduce aging accounts and maximize cash collections.

Conduct audits to fine-tune processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Track key metrics like denial rates, market trends, payer contracts, net collection ratio, and A/R days to identify areas of improvement.

Work with clinical, billing, and IT teams to streamline processes and solve challenges relating to chart completion and EMR.

The Director of Revenue Cycle Management reports to the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development
